Technical Overview

  • Assembled and configured an X-configuration multirotor testbed built around Pixhawk 6C flight controllers and T-Motor motors.
  • Designed a modular arm layout with a clean wiring path from the power distribution board to all eight motors.
  • Ran system-level bench diagnostics and signal analysis to resolve initialization issues, verifying synchronized motor response and eliminating throttle latency across all eight rotors.
  • Designed a modular physical internal avionics system in Onshape with vibration-isolated sensor mounts to protect the flight controller and IMU from high-thrust vibration.
